Unveiling a Real Life Super Designer!
Is there anything this designer doesn’t do? On the topic of Super-Heroism there must be such a thing as a Super-Designer in our non-fiction world. And whom am I referring to? It’s too secretive to talk about. All I know is he wears black leather gloves, black jacket, black tie, posh sunglasses, and has silver hair; and he is ageless. Literally. He also makes us look fabulously glamorous!
Still don’t know whom I’m talking about? His Super Designer name is Karl Lagerfeld. His real name is Karl Otto Lagerfeldt. That’s right, I have unmasked the Super Designer’s real name. Sue me.
According to my secret sources (also known as Agent Wikipedia) he is about to turn 75 in September. Currently he designs for Chanel and Fendi. He also has his own Super Designer labels. This is why I call him a Super Designer. At 75 and he’s capable of designing, conceptualizing, and preserving the Chanel style, Fendi style, and differentiate his own labels.
Although there are other Super Designers out there, like Marc Jacob, but Karl Lagerfeld is different. Why? Because you can now see him DJ in the new video game Grand Theft Auto IV where KL has his own radio station, K109! Now that’s what I call a Super Designer.
